Send what you have: the site, a rough brief, a budget range, a date you are working toward. Nothing needs to be resolved yet.

Conversation
A call to understand the site, how you want to live or work in it, and the real constraints.

Proposal
A written scope, stage by stage, with fees and a timeline. Nothing starts until you have approved it.

Design
Concept, development, then drawings. Each stage is presented, discussed and signed off before the next.
Outside India I work with a local architect of record for permits and site supervision.
